• Costa Rica La Joya │ 300 gr: Let's start our tasting with a coffee that comes from the South. The cherries that produce our Costa Rica La Joya are grown on the slopes of the Irazù volcano. The volcanic soil is rich in nutrients allowing the coffee trees to develop fruits rich in flavor. This coffee offers you a perfect balance between body and acidity and delicious notes of nuts! Its taste profile makes it very versatile as it can produce delicious filter coffee and also, surprisingly delicious espresso.
• Colombia Supreme │ 310 gr: Next, let's make another stop in South America with our Colombia Supreme beans. Coming from the first plantation to have obtained the UTZ certification in Colombia, its cherries are meticulously hand picked. Also grown on volcanic soil, its beans produce a medium-bodied coffee. Let yourself be charmed by its aroma which is slightly reminiscent of flowers, as well as its subtle notes of vanilla and hazelnuts. Enjoy this coffee in a drip extraction or even espresso!
• India Monsoon Malabar │ 300 gr: Lets end this journey in style by travelling to a new and exotic region of the world, India. Our India Monsoon Malabar is special because of the natural treatment of the monsoon. Originally, goods were transported by sailboat to Europe. This journey lasted months and often in hot and humid temperatures which altered the color and flavor of the coffee beans, making them totally unique. Nowadays, we reproduce the effects of the era by spreading the beans out in the open air in open-roofed facilities during the monsoon season. Its taste is particularly strong and at the same time remarkably sweet! Enjoy as a drip coffee.
Each of these coffees is perfectly caramelized thanks to our own artisanal roasting technique TAG (Torrefazione Artigianale Granito)
