This coffee offers an intense and fruity cup.
The ripe cherries are harvested by hand and then spread out on drying beds to be sun-dried. The fruit surrounding the beans ferments which gives the coffee its intense profile with fruity notes.
The estate covers a total of 276 hectares including 237 hectares of coffee plantation. In order to maintain biodiversity, coffee trees are grown under the shade of native trees in the Sheka Forest, a designated biosphere reserve by the UNESCO.
