Once roasted, the hot coffee beans are swiftly transferred into the cooler. Within approximately 1 minute per 400 grams of beans (with a maximum capacity of 500 grams), your coffee reaches the desired temperature. This cooler complements the Gene Café CBR-101 coffee roaster, seamlessly, particularly since the roaster lacks its own cooling functionality.
